Superside is hiring a Finance Manager to lead and scale our Finance Operations team. In this role, you'll manage two specialists and take full ownership of our global finance operations—supporting everything from vendor payments and subscription billing to compensation for 700+ remote team members in 57 countries.

## What you’ll do:
Own and scale the Finance Operations function, managing a team of two specialistsOversee vendor payments and credit card platforms, ensuring timely, accurate payoutsLead and improve our end-to-end order-to-cash process, supporting our subscription revenue model and optimizing working capitalManage global compensation processes, including variable pay across 700+ team members in 57+ countriesOptimize cash management across Superside’s US parent company and international subsidiariesImplement and maintain finance systems and tools that improve efficiency and scalabilityContribute to the Finance tech & automation roadmapEnsure smooth audit and reporting processes through accurate and timely operationsPartner with cross-functional teams on financial planning, analysis, and special projectsLead, coach, and support your team’s growth and professional development
## What you’ll need to succeed:
A recognized finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA)4+ years of experience post-qualification, ideally in tech, SaaS, or online businessesProven experience managing finance operations and leading small teamsHands-on expertise with finance systems and process automationExperience with global payments and distributed teams is a strong plusStrong written and verbal English communication skills.A proactive, self-directed mindset with excellent attention to detailCollaborative, low-ego attitude and a passion for building scalable systems.
